The terms governing your use of the KTC ZATCA E-Invoicing System.
Last updated: 16 July 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KTC ZATCA E-Invoicing System and related services (the "Service"), provided by KTC (Ktechclans) ("KTC", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KTC provides a cloud-based point-of-sale and e-invoicing solution designed to help businesses in Saudi Arabia generate ZATCA-compliant tax invoices (Phase 1 and Phase 2), manage invoices, customers, and products, and access reports and dashboards. Features may evolve over time as we improve the Service and as regulations change.
You must be a legally registered business or an authorized representative able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. The regular price is 999 SAR per year. A limited-time promotional price of 499 SAR per year may be available and is subject to change or withdrawal at any time. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
A free trial may be offered to new customers. At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription. We may modify trial terms or discontinue trials at our discretion.
Subscription fees are payable in advance for the applicable term. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew for successive terms at the then-current price. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Except where required by law, fees paid are non-refundable.
KTC is designed to help you meet ZATCA e-invoicing requirements and to generate invoices in the mandated format with approved QR codes. However, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for meeting your own tax and regulatory obligations. KTC does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Regulations may change; while we work to keep the Service aligned with ZATCA requirements, we do not guarantee any specific regulatory outcome, filing, or that penalties will be avoided in all circumstances.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service; or (e) upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by KTC (Ktechclans) and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Your business data remains yours.
Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to that processing.
We strive to provide reliable, continuous access to the Service and dedicated local support. However, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for interruptions but will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect. You may request an export of your invoice data in line with applicable retention requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
